Urban Exploring with "The Proper People"

I assume that urban exploring - so wandering around in abandoned buildings - no one leaves really cold. I discovered this channel by the so called "The Proper People". They are from USA and have such a good collection of interesting buildings. And a really good taste.

I like the selection of buildings and the nice, relaxed atmosphere they spread on their explorations.

I guess this video - exploring a IBM retreat center - might be a very good starting point.
